Chef Rafael Nasr of Craft Pita and Chef Drake Leonards of Eunice are teaming up for a special one-day collaboration pop-up dinner celebrating Lebanese and Cajun culture. The two talents have crafted a coursed menu highlighting the influence of food and family on both Cajun and Lebanese cultures, including a welcome cocktail, wine pairings and courses including mezze, branzino and shrimp with and tahini jalapeño pecan sauce, jambalaya-inspired Lebanese chicken and rice and baklava bread pudding. Tickets start at $125 and a portion of proceeds benefit local non-profit, Sky High for Kids.
