Our Sky High Adventures Program gives pediatric cancer patients and families a once-in-a-lifetime experience exploring the outdoors.
In the past 10 years, we haven taken more than 80 families across the U.S. on trips. We believe that outdoor experiences contribute to the healing process for families battling these life-threatening diseases. Our Adventures include hunting, fishing, horseback riding, camping and more! Contact us to register for a dream hunt or to donate an Adventure!
Tie for Sky High
Each year Sky High takes hundreds of blankets, created by volunteers, to children fighting cancer. The blankets help provide comfort to children while they undergo treatment. If you are interested in donating fabric for blankets or making blankets of your own, contact [email protected] for more information!
Raise money for Sky High by donating your ponytail.
You can host your own campaign and cut your hair, or you can cut it at a Sky High event! Our event attendees can bid to cut your hair during our live auctions to raise money for pediatric cancer. All donated hair is sent to Children with Hair Loss, a nonprofit that makes for children in need! If you are interested in donating your ponytail, please email [email protected]
Drink. Pull. Save. Collect your pop tabs throughout the year and donate them to Sky High, and we will pass them onto the Ronald McDonald House of Memphis. The Ronald McDonald House of Memphis earns over $25,000 each year from can pop tabs alone.
Here’s How It Works:
Collect Pop Tabs at home, work, school, church or in your community organization.
You have two choices for drop-off
If you’re in the Houston area, you can drop them off at the Sky High office and we’ll be happy to recycle them for you – 9800 Richmond Ave Suite 335 Houston, Texas 77042.
If you live out of town, you’ll need to find a scrap aluminum recycling company or sell them on eBay. Once you’ve received the cash, donate the proceeds to Sky High online or mail us a check. Make sure to enter “Pop Tabs” in the “Company or Event Affiliation” field on the donation page.
