Erica Parker serves as the Director of Business Development at JD Fields, bringing over a decade of experience in the oil & gas and construction industries. Originally from Arizona, she relocated to Houston in 2011 and proudly considers the city her home.
Erica’s journey with Sky High for Kids began thanks to her husband, Paul, who encouraged her to get involved after sharing his own connection to the organization. Since then, she has dedicated the past five years to volunteering and, for the last three, has co-chaired the signature Better in Boots event—which in 2025 raised an incredible $1.6 million.
When she’s not working or volunteering, Erica enjoys walking her dog and exploring new restaurants around Houston with family and friends!

A native Texan, Lindsey grew up in Corpus Christi with her mom, dad, and older sister. She graduated from Sam Houston State University where she was an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha. While attending SHSU, she fell in love with the city of Houston and decided to call it her home after graduating. Working in the oil and gas industry for 12 years, Lindsey became very familiar with Sky High for Kids and their mission.
When she decided to change industries, she found herself looking to be more active with Sky High. Lindsey is co-chair of the 2024 Better in Boots Gala and co-chair of the auction committee. She also spends time with patient warriors creating art projects that help raise money for the mission. Lindsey and her husband, Thomas, live in Houston with their dog, Tug. In her spare time, she spends time with her family and friends, painting, and cooking. Lindsey recently opened an online store, onyxandlinen.com, where she sells unique, vintage home goods and greeting cards to support Sky High for Kids.

Jose was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, but has lived in Houston for over 25 years. He graduated from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory in 2011 and the University of Notre Dame in 2015 with a BBA in Finance. Jose started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Tudor, Pickering & Holt, and has worked for Kayne Anderson since 2017. As a Senior Vice President in Kayne Anderson’s energy private equity strategies, Jose performs financial diligence on investment opportunities while managing Kayne’s existing portfolio of energy investments.
Jose has been involved with Sky High for several years, and joined the YP board in 2023. He served as the Co-Head of the Sky High Golf Invitational for three years and is currently the Treasurer of the Board. He hopes to continue growing the membership and fundraising of Sky High’s young professional group.
In his spare time, Jose enjoys playing tennis and chasing after his four children (and dog) alongside his wife, Laura.

A lifetime Texan, Audrey Hollmann grew up in Round Rock with her parents, older and younger brothers before making Houston her home in 2008. She attended Texas A&M University, earning both her undergraduate and graduate degrees, and went on to teach elementary school for fourteen years before transitioning to the corporate world as an executive assistant. Audrey has been deeply involved with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for the past fifteen years, serving in various roles on the Merchandise and Rodeo Run committees and currently holds the position of vice chairman within merchandise. When she’s not working or volunteering, Audrey enjoys spending time with family being the favorite aunt to her nieces and nephews, working out at the gym she manages on the side or visiting with friends.
Audrey’s involvement with Sky High for Kids began in 2023 when she attended a Young Professionals happy hour and quickly joined the Better in Boots Committee. She serves on the silent auction subcommittee taking the lead for the 2026 event. Audrey has also supported numerous Sky High fundraisers and events across the organization including Midland, San Antonio, and the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Carnival in Memphis.

Currently, I work at Cushman and Wakefield as a Senior Brokerage Specialist. In this role, I am responsible for the day-to-day transaction management of a portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more national and/or global corporate services clients.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, I worked at Aspire Commercial, representing more than one million square feet of office and industrial assets. I also gained additional experience at Silver Street Capital, where I oversaw leasing for a 580,000-square-foot flex, industrial, and retail portfolio. Prior to that, I served on the land brokerage team at NewQuest Properties, specializing in inner-loop and industrial properties, and earlier in my career worked as a Transaction Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield’s land team.
I received my BBA in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University, where I was a member of Alpha Tau Omega and served as Social Chair. Since moving to Houston, I have become involved in the community through the Breeders and Greeters Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the Young Professionals Group for Sky High for Kids, recently serving on the committee for their annual golf tournament.
In my free time, I enjoy golfing, traveling with my wife Erin, and spending time with family and friends.

Nousha is a native Houstonian whose family has been part of the Houston community for over 50 years. She earned her B.S. in Management Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of California at San Diego, where she was also an NCAA tennis player. She went on to receive her M.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College and join the family business.
Nousha currently serves as the Vice President of Development for Hungry’s and Local Table Concepts, overseeing the growth and expansion of multiple restaurant locations across the greater Houston area.
In 2023, she began her involvement with Sky High for Kids and proudly joined the Young Professionals Board in 2025. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Patrick is a Vice President at Kayne Anderson, where he works in the energy private equity group evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting existing portfolio companies. Before joining Kayne Anderson, Patrick began his career as a reservoir engineer at Luxe Energy and Luxe Minerals. He earned his undergraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. from Rice University.
Patrick is proud to serve on the Young Professionals Board for Sky High for Kids, where he supports fundraising and community engagement efforts, including his involvement with the annual Young Professionals Golf Tournament.
In his spare time, Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son, Oliver.

Maddy became involved with Sky High for Kids in 2018 and has since played an active role in fundraising and event leadership, helping raise more than $1 million annually through the Ladies Who Brunch event. In recognition of her dedication, she received the Heart of Gold Award in 2024. Through MFM Luxury Travel, Maddy has furthered her commitment to the organization by pledging to donate $1 for every hotel night her clients book directly to Sky High for Kids, allowing her business to serve as an ongoing fundraising platform. Deeply passionate about pediatric cancer advocacy, she remains committed to supporting children and families through both hands-on involvement and long-term philanthropic initiatives.
Outside of her professional and philanthropic work, Maddy enjoys exploring the world, staying active with friends, remaining engaged in charitable initiatives, and sharing her love of travel by showing her children the world.

Sarah Zubowski serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at The Calderon Law Firm and the Lead Brand Ambassador for Living Designs Furniture, bringing over a decade of marketing experience to two uniquely different industries. Born and raised in Houston, she’s a true Houstonian at heart and is passionate about serving the community that shaped her.
Sarah’s journey with Sky High for Kids began over five years ago, when her family became corporate sponsors and she instantly felt connected to the mission. What started as support from the sidelines quickly grew into hands-on involvement, including her role on the Ladies Who Brunch committee, which last year helped raise a record-breaking $1.7 million. Sarah loves using her skills and relationships to create meaningful connections, support event development, and introduce Sky High to the people and networks closest to her.
Outside of work and volunteering, Sarah is happiest spending time with her husband, Dean, and their two children, teaching yoga, and discovering new sushi spots around Houston.
