2022 Bronco Raffle Rules
By entering this raffle, entrants accept and agree to all of the rules, limitations and restrictions set forth herein. The odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold. Tickets prices vary and only one eligible person may be entered in the raffle per ticket sold. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter. There is no cash equivalent available in lieu of the Grand Prize. Taxes (including sales tax), insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, handling fees and any other taxes or expenses not explicitly stated herein are the Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility. The following individuals are neither permitted to purchase a ticket nor eligible to win any prizes: officers, members of the board of directors and employees of Sky High for Kids and their respective immediate families. Raffle tickets are not tax deductible and all proceeds go directly to Sky High for Kids. Final drawing will be held on Wednesday, August 3 in Lafayette, LA. Winner does not need to be present to win, yet shall provide accurate contact information on the raffle ticket and timely coordinate pickup of the item. Sky High for Kids shall not be liable to entrant, or to any other person, for, and by entry by entrant, entrant hereby releases Sky High for Kids from, any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, arising from or based upon the Bronco Raffle, except to the extent caused by the willful misconduct of Sky High for Kids.
