Host Jeremy C. Park talks with Brittany Franklin, Founder and CEO of Sky High for Kids, who shares the story of launching the nonprofit organization and highlights their mission and efforts to help end Childhood Cancer. Sky High for Kids is funding revolutionary research projects that will not only advance treatment worldwide but also move the survival rate needle forward.

During the interview, Brittany shares how Sky High for Kids is supporting the first immunotherapy center dedicated to pediatric oncology in the U.S. at Texas Children’s Hospital, funding sub-Saharan doctors and health providers to train in pediatric oncology specifically to combat the low survival rates in that region with Texas Children’s Hospital H.O.P.E. initiative, helping to fund the largest research facility for Pediatric Cancer research in the U.S.with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and supporting other projects that will have the largest impact on Childhood Cancer. Brittany also details their programs that provide comfort to children undergoing cancer treatment, including their Adventures Program, Tie for Sky High Program, Patient Carnivals Program, and Ponytail Donations Program. She wraps up talking about how the community and companies can get involved, using Higginbotham as an example, as their engagement opportunities span the nation.
