TWO HOUSTON CHEFS TEAM UP FOR COLLABORATIVE DINNER

Chef Rafael Nasr of Craft Pita and chef Drake Leonards of Eunice are joining forces for a family-style Sunday supper pop-up at Eunice, located at 3737 Buffalo Speedway, on Sunday, November 3 at 5 p.m. The ticketed event, which includes wine pairings, is taking place on Eunice’s gorgeous new patio, and is celebrating the Lebanese and Cajun heritages of the chefs. The dinner begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by a mezze course of Brown Butter Crab Hummus, fattoush salad, Boudin-Stuffed Dolma, mouneh and pita, followed by Branzino with Red Shrimp topped with tahini-jalapeño pecan sauce and a Jambalaya-inspired Lebanese Chicken and Rice. The dinner concludes with a decadent Baklava Bread Pudding. Tickets cost $125 and are available on the website, with a portion of the proceeds going towards Sky High for Kids, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit assisting families of children with pediatric cancer.
